warm drink that doesn't have alcohol or

caffeine in it, such as herbal tea or 

warm milk. 



2. intake 8 to 10 glass water in your daily

 routine.because it hydrate you whole day.


3. remove your makeup before going to sleep.

it can cause extensive damage to your skin

 during the night.


4.Get enough sleep.sleep is involved in healing

 and repair of your heart and blood vessels.



5.Avoid smoking and alcohol.Alcohol is a trigger that

makes them want to smoke. Knowing your triggers

can help you stay on track with your quit plan. Alcohol

makes you more likely to do things without thinking

them through. This can increase your chances of

 slipping and smoking a cigarette.

6. Limit the junk food.because junk food can cause

weight gain,acne,headache,bp issue and A higher risk

of developing Type 2 diabetes later in life.

7. eat antioxidant fruits.

These include cranberries, red grapes, peaches,

 raspberries, strawberries, red currants, figs, cherries,

pears, guava, oranges, apricots, mango, red grapes, 

cantaloupe, watermelon, papaya, and tomatoes.


8. protect your skin from sun rays.apply sunscreen 
and wear protective clothes


9.exercise regularly in morning or evening choose the 
time according to your daily routine.
